At the moment physical classes on all Yogic Aspects primarily in English are given around the regions of Ingolstadt and Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Description:

The system of the postural or orthodox Aṣṭāṅga yoga had been shaping itself since the early 20th century. It is considered the most intelligent way to practice and is paramount to allow for the student space to address her/his individual needs. 

We teach according to individual student needs based on the approach developed by Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci.

Description

Mysore classes address students already experienced with the fundamentals of the 8 limbs and have or want to develop a self-practice while having the opportunity to be assisted and be given tips by the tutor in order to enhance and develop their practice in their own pace and rhythm.

Schedule: set-up after discussion - suited for employees [before or after working hours, lunch break, etc.]

Contemporary extensive working hours as manifested amidst poorly designed office spaces are found to have contributed massively to an ever-growing regime of physical and psychological ailments for the company's most valuable capital i.e. its people.

 

Lower-back issues, depression, anxiety, burn-outs along with various other mobility issues are annually contributed to faulty habits witnessed inside office spaces.

Scientific studies have been continuously proving yogic postural principles and breathing techniques to not only improve the health of individuals but also tremendously contribute toward augmenting productivity in personal and corporate level.

Outdoor Yoga

Outdoor Yoga

Schedule: Tuesdays 18.00 60min

Meeting Point: first drive-in to Freibadparkplatz, Jahnstraße - at the bus stop.

Outdoor Yoga is only practiced when the weather is appropriate, up at the Scherbelberg.

If the weather does not allow for outdoor yoga, we shall practice in Try2Fly Yoga and Ayurveda Studio

Description

Outdoor Yoga allows for an integrated experience with nature that very much resembles the traditional way that yoga had been practiced for eons.

We shall further be able to slowly integrate prāṇāyāma techniques by the conclusion of each course taking advantage of the air quality produced by the surrounding trees and greenery. 

A great alternative established under the COVID-19 restrictions and distancing rules particularly for students that are still hesitant for studio classes.
